The special legal training on 'Sending Laws into Enterprises' of the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions was successfully held at Liqun Institute

In order to timely investigate and resolve labor relations risks and promote social harmony and stability, on the morning of March 16, the special training on labor laws and regulations of Zhejiang Federation of Trade Unions "sending the law into enterprises" was held in the academic Lecture hall of Liqun Institute.

The event was hosted by Zhejiang Federation of Trade Unions, organized by Taizhou Federation of Trade Unions, Jiaojiang District Federation of Trade Unions, Zhejiang Zeda Law Firm, and co organized by Zhejiang Liqun Law Firm.

In the first half of the lecture, Lawyer Yin Yanming, Deputy Director of the Labor Law Studio of Zhejiang Zeda Law Firm, gave a lecture on labor law related knowledge. Lawyer Yin, based on the actual employment situation of enterprises, elaborated in detail on the possible risks in enterprise employment from the aspects of labor contract signing, overtime and attendance management, termination and termination of labor relations, and combined with specific cases, popularized labor legal knowledge to guide enterprises in legal employment.

Lawyer Jiang Wan, Deputy Director of the Labor and Human Resources Department of Liqun Institute, served as the keynote speaker in the second half. Based on the current provisions of labor law and guided by hot issues in labor law practice, he explained in detail the benefits of union establishment, labor contracts and labor standard systems, labor dispute resolution, and other aspects through practical cases, guiding enterprises to handle labor employment issues in a legal and compliant manner.

The training activity of "sending laws into enterprises" has effectively enhanced the legal awareness of employees, guiding them to gradually form a rule of law concept of handling affairs in accordance with the law, finding laws in case of difficulties, solving problems, and safeguarding rights and interests, creating a good rule of law atmosphere for the harmonious and healthy development of the enterprise.
