Job Description

1. Draft legal documents, register and review creditor's rights, investigate debtor's property, hold creditor's meetings, etc;

2. Participate in the handling of construction engineering litigation or arbitration cases, and provide non litigation legal services;

3. Participate in various special and routine projects of the team, including basic work such as legal due diligence, legal retrieval, legal document drafting, legal research, and other work related to legal affairs.
