Dr. Li Yu, an associate professor of the Law School of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, gave a comprehensive introduction to the legislative process of the Civil code of China under the title of "New Progress in the Draft of the Civil code of China". In the afternoon, as the annual "Liqun Forum", Judge Ma Guoxian of the Administrative Division of the Zhejiang Provincial High Court gave a special lecture on "Administrative Trial Practice" based on his years of trial practice experience, and actively interacted and exchanged ideas with the attendees.
