On the evening of April 15th, the 5th business learning session of Liqun Institute in 2019 was held as scheduled. This study is hosted by our deputy director, Lawyer Mao Lingjian. Lawyer Huang Daojin, based on the four important opinions issued by the two high schools and two departments on April 9th, interpreted the provisions on evidence and procedures in cases involving black and evil, clarified the legal definitions of "evil forces", "soft violence", "arbitrage loans" and other issues, and conducted in-depth discussions with everyone on the disposal of property related to black and evil.
