Recently, Li Zhongzhong, a consultant and senior partner of Liqun Institute, was invited to give a special lecture on "Legal Risk Prevention in Medical Dispute Cases" at Taizhou Municipal Hospital. The lecture was presided over by Mou Yonghua, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President of Taizhou Municipal Hospital. The heads of various departments and medical staff of the hospital participated in the lecture through online and offline means.

Medical dispute cases are characterized by strong professionalism, great difficulty in trial, long trial cycle, and easy to trigger public opinion. Lawyer Li, in combination with the key revisions of the Civil code in relation to medical disputes compared with the Tort Liability Law, explained the relevant provisions of the Civil code in plain language. At the same time, by analyzing the limitations of the "Regulations on the Handling of Medical Accidents" and typical cases of legal risks, strategies for responding to and preventing medical disputes were elaborated.

After the lecture, everyone expressed that the training content was highly targeted and practical. Through this lecture, they gained a deeper and more systematic understanding of the legal knowledge related to medical disputes, which is greatly beneficial for safeguarding their legitimate rights and interests in the future.
