Using Pen as a Tool to Write Theory - The 2021 Lawyer Practice Theory Seminar Held by Liqun Institute
In order to effectively improve the level of young lawyers' practical theory research and thesis writing, Liqun Institute held the 2021 Lawyers' Practical Theory (Thesis) Seminar in the academic Lecture hall on the evening of June 9. More than 50 lawyers and intern lawyers participated in discussions and exchanges.

【Paper exchange】
My lawyer has a high enthusiasm for writing papers and actively participates in practical and theoretical discussions. A total of 22 papers were submitted, of which 16 were shortlisted for conference exchanges. The papers cover multiple professional fields such as criminal law, administration, company, marriage and family affairs, intellectual property, and bankruptcy management.
At the meeting, the author of the paper fully introduced the background, structure, and highlights of the topic through a carefully prepared PowerPoint presentation.

Our director, Lawyer Wang Xinping, founding partner, Lawyer Zhou Xiangen, consultants, Lawyers Liu Mao and Li Zhongzhong, and deputy director, Lawyer Mao Lingjian, ask and comment on the viewpoints and legal practice of the paper, and provide corresponding modification suggestions. They poured out their years of rich experience and were filled with goods.

【Summary】
Director Wang Xinping summarized this practical theory seminar, pointing out that the topic of this paper is diverse in general, including cutting-edge issues such as digital economy, digital empowerment, artificial intelligence, and social hot topics such as surrogacy, as well as the discussion of new systems and rules in the context of the Civil code. At the same time, he put forward higher requirements on the structure, organization, logic, format, length and other aspects of future paper writing. Finally, Director Wang quoted a sentence from Zhang Wenxian, director of the Academic Committee of the China Law Society, to encourage everyone: "Legal writing or legal writing is an activity that best reflects language and expression, thought and rhetoric, logic and reasoning, theory and practice, speculation and dialogue, language and creation."
