In order to further understand the internship situation and ideological status of our interns, strengthen the management and guidance of interns, on the morning of August 28, 2020, our institute held a symposium and exchange meeting for interns to discuss their internship experiences and career development together. Our deputy director, Lawyer Zheng Xiaodan and Lawyer Huang Daojin, Deputy Director of the Youth Department, Lawyer Zhang Liang, Deputy Director of the Criminal Department, Lawyer Wang Ying, and young lawyer Pan Chan attended this symposium. At the symposium, interns such as Chen Yifan, Dai Yi, and Ying Jiangnan spoke one by one, sharing their experiences and experiences during the internship process, or thanking the warmth and care of the Liqun family. During my internship, my institution adopted multiple measures such as an intern duty system to effectively ensure that every intern can participate in specific lawyer practice activities, truly have the opportunity to experience fresh cases in practice, master the most basic legal application skills through internships, fill their gaps in practical aspects, and leave a significant mark for their learning career!

This symposium strengthened the humanistic care and communication exchange of law firms towards interns, provided a series of constructive opinions to interns, and also provided a certain decision-making basis for law firms to improve the management and business guidance of interns.

Actively leveraging the advantages of law firms' practical experience and the role of the youth lawyer training system, and conducting extensive cooperation with universities for mutual benefit and win-win results are the development concepts that Liqun has always adhered to. At present, Liqun Institute has become the practice education base of East China University of Political Science and Law, with such a good foundation. In the future, Liqun Institute will provide more meaningful and valuable help for the practice training of law students in colleges and universities, and will also create more and better results for promoting the "school institute cooperation" of the office.
